　　- 第一，简单介绍以下自己的基本情况。以及自己在上一家公司的职位及其工作内容。

　　Good afternoon, This is my honor to introduce myself.

　　My name is XX.I graduated from XX.And I major in XX.I ever worked in XX company as a foreign trade salesperson. My major work was to maintain the old customers and develop the new customers.

　　- 第二，介绍一下自己在上一家公司的一些销售数据，让面试官对你的销售能力有一定的了解。

　　In the last two years.I succeeded in developing XX High quality customers.the biggest order reach to XX dollars.In terms of maintaining the old customers. the sales performance increased more than XX percent。In the last year my sales performance was more than XXRMB/dollars.

　　- 第三，写一下自己离开上一家公司的原因跟为什么选择要面试的这一家公司，以及自己面试这个岗位的优势。

　　The reason why I left my last company was that my career development plan did not fit with the company's development.

　　Today I come to attend this interview. one the one hand.I think your company is a development company and it has a complete training system and good welfare system.
