成考英语作文大都是书信形式，今天我们来看看英语书信到底怎么写吧！




一、书信格式

1.缩进式（第一行空四个字母）


缩进式，首行缩进四个字母(跟咱们中文信件一样哦)

2.齐头式（全部靠左）



齐头式是英语信件常见的格式，也比较容易记住，大家可以首选这种格式。





下面列举了一些常用的书信开头跟结尾，大家可以挑简单顺口的背背，写信的时候直接套用就行了！

二、万能开头跟结尾

1、万能开头


Dear      (称呼),

 
How are you?/How is everything going with you?/How are you getting on with your studies? (万能开头1---问候收信人)

My name is.../ I am a student...(万能开头2---告知对方你的身份)

I am writing to ask/thank/complain/invite
/inform... (万能开头3---直接说明写信原因)

I am delighted/excited/sorry to learn that...(万能开头4---对之前得到的消息表达自己的情感)

2、万能结尾


I hope you can take this matter into your consideration./I would appreciate it if you could deal with it as soon as possible. (万能结尾1---发出建议或请求)


If you need any more help,please don’t hesitate to contact me.(万能结尾2---表达提出帮助的意愿)

Please accept my heartfelt thanks and deepest gratitude.(万能结尾3---再次表达感谢或歉意)

I expect to hear from you very soon./ I am looking forward to your early reply.(万能结尾4---期盼回信)

Best wishes to you!/Good luck to you!(万能结尾5---表达祝愿)
